Updated on a  seasonal basis to include the best and freshest ingredients available at the  time, Hai Pai's exciting new summer menu includes 13 original Shanghainese  creations from Chinese Chef Johnny Xiang. 

Highlights include the drunken baby  hairy crab; Wine marinated prawn, beef  shank, duck tongue, soy bean; Steamed pork ribs, black pepper, glutinous rice.  

Dishes start at 32 yuan and are available before 1 September, 2015.
