Double boiled beef soup with black garlic is a newly launched dish in Oriental House by Chef William for this season. This dish consists of meaty beef simmered in a complex broth of black garlic, herbs and spices for couple hours. It is particularly worth mentioning that black garlic can help to reduce the risk of cardiovascular disease. Moreover, bread will be served as side condiment to balance taste.
