At our Sunday Brunch let no cuisine go untried as you feast on the big hitters from around the culinary world.

At Elements, we've left no stone unturned in search for pan-global cooking mastery. Come on down to the salad bar, with salads from the Middle East, exotic complexities from India or Thailand. 

Fresh seafood on ice is ready to cleanse your palate and your mind - enjoy a Salmon Counter swimming with flavor, and fresh seafood on ice: tiger prawns, jumbo shrimps, lobster trio(Boston, slipper lobster and spiny lobster), crab claws and snow crab legs.

If you love Japanese food (and who doesn't?!) then our sashimi and sushi is not only super-fresh but sliced to order. 

When you're ready to get serious about indulgence, authentic Indian curries will send your mind swooping through a colorful journey of maximum flavor.

Sunday Brunch is available at Elements Restaurant from 27 March to 30 June 2016 from 11:30 to 15:00 at RMB538+ per person(including free flow of Baron de Rothschild) or RMB338+(buffet only) for adult and RMB248+ for child from 6 to 12-years-old. Kids 5 years and younger are complimentary, children must be accompanied by an adult.
