On top of the healthy salad bar and decadent dessert choices, guests will be treated to the dazzling seafood spread at our Seafood Station, featuring Baby Lobsters, Fresh live oysters, Alaskan King Crab Legs and more. All these will definitely satiate one’s appetite for fruits de mer.
At the Japanese Station of the new dinner buffet, guests will also be treated to the freshest of salmon, tuna and octopus. Our chefs are ready to present you with your favourite handmade sushi.
Moreover, one doesn’t need to travel and can savour the famous Iberico Jamon of Spain. At our Cheese station, one can also experience imported cheeses such as Spanish Manchego Cheese and French Brie Cheese.
Cachet also offers authentic Mediterranean “Brut” rice & Risotto with Mediterranean flavours. Meanwhile, the live cooking Organic Egg and the Roasted Suckling Pig are recommended by our Executive Chef Tom Tang as well.

Cachet weekend brunch is available from 11:30am to 3:00pm every Saturday and Sunday. Starting from 9th April, pricing is RMB 348* per person (original price is RMB 480* per person). Plus RMB 100* for soft drinks, juice and coffee and tea; Plus RMB 340* for Bollinger champagne, house wines and the above beverages. Children of 6 to 12 years old are charged half-price whilst children at 5 years old or below are free of charge.
