It is offering new Sunday brunch menu featureing starters that include fresh Fine de Claire oysters and Kaluga caviar with condiments. As for the entrees, one can enjoy chicken, duck, lamb rack or Waygu beef. For a perfect finish to the meal, enjoy the chef’s signature dessert souffle.
The new set menu is 588yuan (US$85.4), 718yuan for free-flow of wine and 888yuan for free-flow champagne. The prices are subject to 16 percent surcharge.
