This sunday feast combines international buffet extravaganza and signature cuisines inspired from its 6 dining venues paired with free flow of Chandons, Bloody Mary cocktail and fresh juices.
The talented master chefs from hotel’s each venue create a all-new brunch menu featuring the finest seasonal ingredients. There are freshly imported seafood, succulent lobsters, shrimps and shucked oysters with classic and innovative sauce options at the seafood corner. Live station spread from sushi and sashimi selection to the succulent roasted Australia Wagyu beef and lamb chops. There are also signature Cantonese dim sum and traditional barbeque delicacies. Guests can also indulge in sweet dessert buffet savour flavours of French and American classic delicacies, macaroons, meuille feuille, coco-choux, peach melba, lime tart and more.
Sunday Brunch at The St. Regis Shanghai Jingan is served from 11:30am to 3:00pm every Sunday, price at 398yuan per person, including free flow of chilled juices, draft beer and soft drinks. For additional 100yuan, guest can enjoy free unlimited fine wines and Chandon.
