Mardi Gras lives up to its name as French bistro on the first floor by day and sophisticated art deco bar/lounge on the second floor by night. Open since August 2009, it offers lunch sets starting at 80 yuan up to 130 yuan including coffee or tea and any of the delicious assortment of tarts on hand. Dinner is a bit pricier, however, the quality of the food and portion sizes are well worth the price tag. You can also drop in for some afternoon treats and get a generous helping of a variety of desserts and excellent coffee for 80 yuan between 3-5pm everyday. If French cuisine isn't your favorite, check out its sushi bar next door. The Japanese eatery imports their products from Dalian, Liaoning Province and even North Korea. After dinner, head upstairs to the bar lounge. With a classy rustic edge, the M bar specializes in single malt whiskey and cocktails will cost you from 60 to 80 yuan.
