Time:9am - 6pm

Yu Qian was a Hangzhou native and governor. He was famous for his incorruptibility, constant concern for the people and mastery of government. Yuqian (1398-1457) was framed and killed but later pardoned by an emperor, and this memorial hall was built in his honor. The temple was rebuilt in 1982 and outfitted in 1998. Located near Santai Hill, Yuqian's Temple is the perfect place to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city and enjoy the serene setting. Teahouses, small ponds and streams, green grass and nice paths stretch throughout the whole temple.
