Head to Jinshan beach to watch hot bikini girls, quaff a cold beer, catch some live bands or just get yourself a good suntan this summer. Whatever you choose to do, Shanghai Jinshan City Beach International Beer Festival will be in full swing until Sunday.
The annual festival features nearly 100 kinds of beer from around the world including China, Germany, Belgium, Switzerland and the Netherlands.Some of the European brews have existed for over 300 years.
Every day from 10:30am to 8pm,visitors can dance to music by popular rock bands, gulp down beer and take a dip in Hangzhou Bay. Admission ranges from 30 yuan (US$4.4) to 50 yuan depending on arrival time.This year the beer party is divided into a sandy zone and a VIP zone.The open-air sandy zone offers not only fresh beer and live music, but also dozens of interactive games such as fishing, basketball shooting and dart throwing.
In the VIP area star chef Jackson Huang will satisfy the taste buds of all the party-goers with fine fusion food. The festival venue is close to Jinshan Seafood City, an area filled with restaurants and seafood stalls.
Diners can choose their own live seafood and tell the cook how to prepare it. Visitors can get the tickets via Gewara.com and its app.
