G+ Park, also known as Shanghai Museum of Glass, is a glass-themed museum, featuring not only ancient and contemporary art glassworks but also boasts an impressive collection of interactive programs and activities. It is an ideal destination for kids and adults to chill in summer.
The park’s ancient glass-making performance on weekends and holidays will be the show for those who are fascinated about glass art. Lucky visitors will be able to get a close up view of glass blowing.
Glaze Gallery inside the museum will present “Daily 3,” an exhibition displaying a collection of daily glass objects until the end of September. The exhibition aims to explore the structure language, cultural connotation and social attributes.
The Kids Museum of Glass is a cool place for children to learn and play around. All exhibits are free to touch. There is a DIY Workshop, Bobo & Lili Lab and also a café.
